I’m Jena, founder and chef at Activated Wellness. As a certified personal trainer and busy mom, I know how helpful it is to have a good meal ready when life gets full. I cook fresh, nourishing meals to make everyday eating easier.

Everything is made from scratch, including the sauces, with carefully chosen ingredients. My meals are made without gluten or seed oils, and the menu changes regularly. You’ll find ready-made meals alongside breakfast options to help you plan your week.

Order ahead online and choose between two pickup locations: Uncle Chops in Weslaco or Shake Express in McAllen. Pick up your meals, take them home, and enjoy good food without the shopping, cooking, and cleanup.
