User data deletion
These instructions cover data held by Stewday, including the advertising tags chefs add to their store.
Remove advertising tags
- Sign in to Stewday and open Advertise for your store.
- Empty the Meta pixel ID and Google Ads conversion fields and choose Save.
This stops reporting new purchases. Stewday stores no advertising tokens or click identifiers. This does not delete orders, customer details, records that must be retained, or purchase data previously received by Meta or Google.
Request deletion of other personal data
Send your request to hello@stewday.com. Include the email address you use at Stewday, the store name or URL, and the data you want deleted. Mention Meta or Google if your request concerns advertising. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
We verify that the request comes from the person concerned or an authorised store administrator and tell you which data has been removed and which data may need to be retained. Records subject to legal retention requirements cannot always be deleted. Meta and Google also have their own deletion procedures for data they hold.
